Legal marijuana sales begin in NYC on July 1, 2018

NY, July 1 is legal to possess and use marijuana in New York City.
New York Gov.
Andrew Cuomo has already issued a series of pardons to individuals convicted of possession of up to 1 ounce or less of marijuana.
He has also granted the state’s right to regulate and tax marijuana.
The State Department of Taxation and Finance is issuing new rules for the sale of recreational marijuana products in New Jersey beginning July 1.
This includes allowing for cultivation, distribution, sale and use of recreational products.
The first sales of marijuana products to be legal in New Hampshire on July 10 will occur in the state.
New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan (D) has previously said that the state will be the first in the nation to begin the sales of recreational cannabis.
A full list of state-licensed retailers is not yet available.
On Wednesday, a bill to legalize recreational marijuana in Arizona passed the state Senate with a vote of 30-13.
The measure will allow the use of medicinal marijuana in certain circumstances.
The bill will be heard by the full Senate and House of Representatives on Friday.
