President Donald Trump’s legal team has decided to fight a lawsuit from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) that seeks to block Trump’s ban on Muslim travel.
Trump’s lawyers argue that the ban, which has been in place since Jan. 27, is discriminatory because it discriminates against Muslims.
Trump has repeatedly claimed that the US is being attacked by Muslims and has claimed that his ban will help combat the threat of terrorism.
But the legal team for the Muslim group is asking the court to overturn the ban.
The lawsuit, filed in February, claims that Trump’s executive order violates the Constitution by barring the entry of Muslims into the US.
The president has been criticized for his comments on the issue.
The court will hear oral arguments in the case on April 28.
